Nylon Mesh: High elasticity, excellent wear resistance, good surface tension characteristics, strong tensile resistance, not easy to generate static electricity, and has a certain alkali resistance.
Stainless steel wire Mesh: High tension, low elongation, high tensile strength, good ink passing, fine wire diameter, large hole diameter and fairly uniform wire diameter opening, high printing accuracy, alkali resistance, chemical resistance, wear resistance, moisture resistance all good.
Nylon Mesh are mostly used for filtering. In terms of filtering, abrasion resistance and alkali resistance are better than polyester nets. Nylon Mesh are difficult to stretch and have good stretch. They are mostly used for printing on uneven surfaces. Polyester Mesh cannot be printed on concave and convex surfaces.
Stainless steel Mesh is expensive, small in width, but high in precision.
