(2) To choose a suitable screen frame, first choose a suitable frame size, suitable material according to the requirements of the printing process. Also need to ensure that the screen frame and the screen have a proper bonding area.
(3) Choose a suitable sticky net glue.
(4) The Mesh-stretching equipment must meet the Mesh-stretching requirements. For example, the specifications of the chuck should be consistent, the firmness of the Mesh clamping screen should be consistent. The various parts of the stretching equipment are operating well.
(5) The tension of the fine Mesh should be uniform and appropriate. Determine the corresponding group tention according to different screens. to avoid too large or too small tension. At the same time, must ensure the tension of the entire Mesh uniform. Pay special attention to the consistency of the tension between the four corners of the screen frame and the center position.
