If the printing factory does not have a self-made special chromatogram, it needs to make a corresponding selection according to the objective conditions of the factory, and try to choose a chromatogram with similar printing conditions, paper, ink and other conditions, instead of simply selecting it based on which chromatogram is more beautiful.
Judging from the current situation of using chromatograms in printing factories, the chromatograms used are mostly made of imported coated paper in terms of material, and are relatively similar in terms of printing process, so they can restore the original color very well.
However, if printing on newsprint or offset paper, since the above two sub-materials are non-coating materials, the ink absorption is good, and the smoothness is poor, and the ink layer required for specific printing is also relatively thick. The dot expansion is also very serious. When setting the dot area size of the color with the coated paper chromatogram as a reference, it is necessary to reduce the number of screen layers. The number of network layers needs to be set to 26%, and the number of network layers added to the news will be lower, generally 24% is more appropriate.
